• Solo: $45 (members) / $55 (non-members)

4. Henderson Symphony Young Artists Competition

Application Deadline: November 3, 2025
Fee: $40
Pre-Screening Video Due: November 10, 2025
Invitations Sent: November 20, 2025
Live Audition: December 1, 2025 (location/time TBA)
Categories: Junior and Senior (two senior winners, one junior winner)
Prize: Winners perform with the Henderson Symphony in a regular season concert.

5. OPUS Music Competition (Nevada Division)

Ages: 5–18

6. Holiday Playathon and Fundraiser for LVMTA

Date: December 13, 2025
Location: Galleria Mall
Details: Students must complete and email a Liability Waiver to Jessica Jin at Jessica.Jin@nevadaschoolofthearts.org.
Fee: $10 participation fee, donated to the Las Vegas Music Teachers Association.

7. Carol Jackson Concerto Competition (YAO)

Application Deadline: January 11, 2026 (11:59 PM PST)
Live Competition: January 25, 2026 – 1:00 PM
Location: Windmill Library Performing Arts Center, Las Vegas
Eligibility: Musicians up to age 22 (open to all)
Fees: $75 (YAO students) / $95 (non-YAO students)
Awards: Up to $1,000 and a performance with the Las Vegas Young Artists Orchestra Symphony
Bonus: Professional video recording provided
