Chamber Music Week

Chamber Music Week

NSA Chamber Music Week
Dates: May 26–31, 2025
Time: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM daily
Location: Nevada School of the Arts

Join us for a week of fun, focus, and high-level music-making at the NSA Chamber Music Festival! Open to intermediate and advanced string and piano students, this immersive program offers a unique opportunity to study and perform chamber music in a professional-style setting.

Each day includes three hours of intensive coaching with NSA faculty, including Raja Rahman, CEO of NSA, and Dr. Scott Jackson, Dean and Director of Strings. Students will be placed in ensembles and assigned one or two movements from standard chamber repertoire—string trios, piano trios, string quartets, or piano quartets—to rehearse and perform by the end of the week.

Lunch is provided daily, and the festival concludes with a celebratory recital where participants will showcase the music they’ve prepared.
